1 Mi to Anna Maria Island: Pet-Friendly Retreat

The location was wonderful, with a very cozy house within walking distance of the beach. It was a lovely stay, thank you!

The property would have been perfect with two bathrooms, but it was expected from the description.

Spacious, had fenced backyard (great for our dog), big back porch - had a lot of things that might be useful, like pots, dishes, utensils, beach chairs, tons of towels. Quiet neighborhood, felt safe. TVs in both bedrooms was nice. The location is good - you are technically within walking distance to the beach but likely you'll drive or ride a bike. You are riding bike on a semi-busy road to get over the bridge, so be sure to wear helmet and be safe (saw someone had a bike accident on this road). There's also a free bus with a stop near the property that will get you anywhere along the route in AMI. There's a good waterfront restaurant a short walk away without crossing bridge and a jet skiing vendor too. You're very close to Coquina beach, which if you drive, it's literally just a minute or so and the parking is free and plentiful - has nice picnic tables too. Really great area and less crowded than other parts of AMI. I also really enjoyed biking and kayaking Robinson Preserve, which is about maybe 15 mins away from property, had no entrance fee, and was really a special place. Something broke in the home while we were staying and the host was very attentive and communicative and kind. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Was sad to leave.

I was working from the property and wifi generally worked but there were a couple of times it gave me some difficulty. Was able to work from here overall, though.

The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. I particularly enjoyed the abundance of towels available for use. Additionally, there are amenities for a fun beach time.
