A special mention for Mr. Hakan, Shift Leader at the reception — his friendliness and dedication to guest service truly saved my stay and deserves a solid 10/10.

The room photos on the website could better reflect the actual view — my superior room with balcony overlooked a busy main road rather than the garden, and the noise insulation could use some improvement for a more restful stay. Worth noting that the property is a bit further from the city center than one might expect, so factor in a 15–20 minute taxi ride when planning your days. The restaurant has potential, but the menu selection is currently quite limited. A small example: when I kindly asked for rice instead of French fries, the kitchen was unfortunately unable to accommodate this simple request — something that most restaurants would handle without hesitation. The waiter, to his credit, was friendly and tried his best. With some improvements in transparency, menu flexibility, and noise management, this could be a much more enjoyable stay. I hope the management takes this feedback in the right spirit, and takes on the necessary improvements at least in the reservation and especially in the F&B.
