Come relax in the peace and tranquility of your very private 3.5 acre home away from home. This beautiful 3 bedroom cottage is fully equipped with all the bells and whistles. It is nestled high on a point with a spectacular views from your "cottage office" overlooking the Parry Sound harbour. See sunset right from the dining room table or cottage room and sunrise sitting in your muskoka rocker on top the point. This hill top is panoramic with views over Georgian Bay to the west, north and east (yes, sunset and sunrise). Windswept pines are plentiful. Staircase to 2 large decks at the waters edge facing west and north with your muskoka chairs to watch the sunset or go for a swim.
2000 square foot home (bungalow), large master bedroom (20x16), dressers, closet, ensuite bathroom with the best tub you will ever rest in - fully equipped with a "tub table" for your glass of wine, candle, ipad stand or good book! Don't fall asleep!
Open kitchen to open concept vaulted ceiling living, dining, and sunrooms. Kitchen is equipped with everything you can imagine!
Fibre high speed WIFI (burstable speeds of up to 2Gbps down, 1Gbps up). Satellite TV.

Although the weather was poor much of the time we had a very comfortable, relaxing stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the view, the slap of water against the rocks, and the whistle of the wind in the pines. We even saw a bald eagle. The cottage had every luxury we could have asked for.
