Great stay.

Check-in in village. Agent did not open in time for our check-out. Could not get deposit back when returning keys. No air con. No real coffee machine.

Great vacation / Horrible Staff

The location was good and comfortable

The manager of the resort (Barbara Visa) behaved in a very bad way and did not cooperate with us, considering the large amount we paid. Negative examples are: When we checked in, the TV cable was not working and the manager told us that it had nothing to do with it and we had to fix it ourselves. On the last day, before we left, we were forced to safely dispose of our garbage (a bag containing some empty rolls of toilet paper,cleansing products) I advise those who want to visit Kaprun to choose another location where they will probably find the staff kind and welcoming. For us it was the 5th time we visited Kaprun and we did not suffer such a thing, that the staff is so rude, which is inadmissible considering the high price of the location On all other occasions, visiting other locations, we were warmly welcomed, but now in this location did not happen. It was a missed vacation from this point of view and this message is also for those who will visit this location in the future but also for the management of the resort for this employee named Barbara Visa At the same time, Mrs. Barbara Visa contacted us two days in a row several times to inform us that we have to pay a € 250 guarantee, repeating this every time we were contacted, which is done on Booking, but it is not normal that a location manager calls a customer so many times before we arrive.

Great appartment for Kitzsteinhorn, but be patient with the host.

The appartment is very well equipped. Everything is quite new and unused. We were particularly happy with the washing machine and coffe makers - there are 2 of them! The location is good for Kitzsteinhorngletcher and quiet.

1. There was some degree of awkwardness and stress in the contact with the host's proxy. We received a couple of texts before the arrival. They insisted on giving the exact time of arrival, although we've had a 1000 km road trip. We were very precise and arrived on time (4:30 p.m.). On the other hand, during the collection of the keys the host's proxy arrived 20 minutes before the set time and insisted on examinig the appartment, even though we were not ready. We felt pressure and it was unnecessary stress. 2. The beds were very soft. 3. There was only one key for a 2 bedroom appartment with two parking spots.

Nagyon jó szállás, ha Kaprunba megyünk máskor, akkor itt foglalunk szállást.

Síelni mentünk pár napra, nagyon jó volt a szállás, elégedettek voltunk. Sífelszerelésnek külön szoba van lent, melegítős bakaocs/kesztyűtartóval, ami nagyon jól jött.
