Perfect stay in the heart of Ötztal

Great apartment in a beautiful and peaceful location just outside of Längenfeld. Amazing view of the mountains, with the nearby waterfall and river as a soundtrack. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a stay while exploring the beautiful Ötztal. Outside, there's a trampoline for the kids and a garden to relax in front of the stunning views.

Most of the windows do not have insect screens. During our stay, the days were rather warm. Wanting to leave the windows open at night brought many insects inside. But closing the curtains on the slightly opened windows solved this :)

The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and spotless, but the best thing is the setting—it's by the river, overlooking the mountains, and close to skiing, climbing, and hiking.

Everything. Clean, well thought out design and layout, modern yet homely. Very comfortable. Flawless check-in process especially for an apartment. All the details were provided very clearly and concisely. Nice view out of the balcony.

The apartment was a little too warm at night but easily resolved with leaving window slightly ajar.

Simply good. Strongly recommended.

Great location : Aqua dome is within five minutes by car. Sölden ski resort is accessible in 15 miutes and Gurgl is within 30 minutes. Quiet night with numerous stars in the sky. Facility looks recently renovated, modern and super clean. Also surprisingly cheap rate. Very kind property owner is a bonus!

If clothes washer and dryer are equipped, it would much better.

Fantastisch en een aanrader!

Het was van alles voorzien, kleine details zoals een koffiefilter al klaar in het koffiezetapparaat, schone handdoeken na twee dagen, genoeg ruimte voor parkeren, eenvoudig bereikbaar en vriendelijke host! Mooi ruim appartement. De skibus stopt vlakbij maar met de auto ben je zo in Sölden en daar is parkeren ook eenvoudig!

Vraiment très bien

Très beau studio, tout neuf et très bien aménagé. Tout équipé. Grande tv avec service de streaming. Rue calme, parking devant, jardin, local pour le tri des déchets. Vue sur la montagne et sur une petite cascade d'eau On a adoré séjourner dans ce studio !

Deux petits détails : pas d'étagère dans la douche et pas de produit multi-surface pour nettoyer dans la cuisine.

Erholung pur mit Bergblick zum Frühstück

Das Studio ist sehr hübsch und modern eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und prima erholt! Zur Begrüßung gab es ein paar leckere Kekse und im Flur gab es Bonbons, eine sehr nette Geste! Zum Einkaufen oder Abendessen sind wir mit dem Auto nach Längenfeld gefahren, zu Fuß ist es zu weit. Zum Skifahren sind wir mit dem Skibus nach Sölden gefahren. Das klappt prima, 3 Minuten zur Haltestelle und da man früh einsteigt, gibt es auch einen Sitzplatz.

Fantastisch!

Boven verwachting, alles was aanwezig wat je nodig hebt! Keuken bevat alles, twee aparte badkamers was met twee stellen ook erg fijn. Balkon met leuk uitzicht.

De matrassen waren wat hard. In de badkamers zat geen ventilatie en in één van de badkamers kan ook geen raam open.
