About this house rental
In Gothenburg's Northern Archipelago is Fotö, which is one of the smaller islands connected via a bridge to Hönö. To get here, you take a free car ferry from Lilla Varholmen on the mainland over to Hönö and further out to Fotö. The island has a cozy little marina with cafe in the summer and the absolute best bathing place with both jumping tower, sandy beach, rocks and lawn is here on the island. Here you can fish for crabs, see when the day's catch from the big fishing boats arrives or read a good book on the rocks and enjoy the tranquility. Because it is already on the ferry which takes about 15 minutes. The cottage is airy with a cozy loft, each with a single bed. If you want, you can easily put these together into a cozy double bed. A large bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Complete kitchen combined with living room with sofa bed. Smaller dining area for four and a small closet. In a separate building there is a washing machine, dryer and a larger freezer. Fishing trips can be booked on Hönö or if you walk along the cliffs and fish go really well. Do you shop on Hönö. Here you will find a local or larger grocery store, restaurants and small cozy clothing stores. Some summers, the Archipelago boat goes from Hönö Klåva to Gothenburg. If you want to take a trip out to Vinga, there are also day trips to book in the harbor. The islands are made for cycling and if you do not have your own to take with you, you can easily rent from Paolo's Cykel on Hönö. Here are entertainment for young and old. Welcome to Fotö!
