About this house rental
A comfortable, detached home located on the first floor of a villa in El Monte, Santa Brígida, in the center of Gran Canaria, just a few minutes from the highway loop, and only a 10-minute drive from the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Its prime location—just a 5-minute walk from restaurants, a supermarket, the post office, gas stations, and more—combines the benefits of rural tourism with proximity to a cosmopolitan city. A 5-minute drive away is the Bandama Golf Club, a wonderful 18-hole course and one of Spain’s oldest golf clubs.
It offers spectacular views where you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise and warm temperatures in a stunning garden surrounded by nature. The apartment features two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—an en suite bathroom, and a spacious living room-kitchen with a sofa bed. Amenities include international multi-channel TV and high-speed internet access. It has direct access to the garden, where you can use the pool, gym, and spacious barbecue area, which also features an additional restroom. The home is equipped with everything needed to accommodate adults with young children or infants (high chairs, crib, etc.)
The home is set up for 4 people, with space for one additional person for an extra fee. The garden, pool, and gym area are shared with the owner, who lives on the two upper floors of the villa with her dogs; although she does not normally use the facilities, she does have access to them for maintenance purposes. Parties and events are not permitted, nor is entry to the house allowed for anyone not listed on the reservation. Upon arrival, you will be provided with all the house rules.

The house is lovely - loads of space indoors and out. Beautiful outdoor space that we only got to enjoy for one day in the week as the weather was cloudy and cool every day apart from one - going down the mountain and south always found sun but it was a shame we couldn’t enjoy the house as much.. also there are three doors to lock and unlock each time you go out and we only had one set of keys and a spiral staircase to go up and down so with our luggage that was quite inconvenient. Dogs upstairs are well behaved and overall we had a lovely stay

Everything was very clean and comfortable! The host and her family was very helpful and nice:) the location was very quit and perfect to relax, but you need a car to visit cities and supermarket

Our stay in the house has been nice, the house is cute especially outside. The owners have been very nice with everything. But when we flew home we realized that the bites we had came from insects inside the house and the weren't willing to come up with a solution that involved our situation, even though they took our feedback very seriously. Sad ending for a very cute stay.
