Comfortable and welcoming (once checked in). 25 minute walk to Fremantle IGA. Location relatively quiet. Off street parking available. Washing machine, smart tv and wifi available.
Unfortunately $300 security deposit and card verification process was extremely difficult. Took me 30 minutes trying to ‘verify’ my card to access check in details and website wouldn’t accept it. Had to call SmartStayWA and have my call forwarded three times for my check in details to be texted to me. Very disappointed with the check in process, I’ve never had such a difficult time checking into accomodation.
