Hausd Flex - Covent Garden

It was perfectly equipped with all the basics. Nice kitchen appliances. Very central to everything you want to see in London. The bed was very large and comfortable.

The couch and chairs were uncomfortable. The blinds were broken and the fans were in need of an upgrade.

Location excellent, just in the heart of covent garden you can easily walk almost everywhere. you have the theater environment just outside, basrs english pubs, pedestrian streets, restaurants even shopping, tube stations close nearby. Location is the highlight of this place

Well you got climb up a lot of staris you are always thinking twice to leave the flat just because you know you have to come back. I sleep like a baby but i dont know if people not tolerable to noise outside will withstand the night.

Amenities, it provided all the necessities even cooking utensils, salt and pepper, tea and coffee. I know aircon is not a common thing in the UK, so we were thankful for the fans.

The stairs. We got the top floor apartment and not sure we were aware at first about it. Only realized when we got there. We had 2 very big and heavy luggages, it was very hard to carry them up.

Location was excellent. Size was very good. Closets were large.

There was no mention that the unit required walking up 4.5 flights of stairs. I am of limited mobility, & I needed to ask for help to carry my suitcase up & down the stairs. The window blinds in the kitchen/living area & the bedroom were both broken. The internet went down on day 3 of a 5 night stay, & was never fixed. The bathroom was very small, with no instruction about the medicine chest being behind the mirror. I figured that out the day I left. There were no instructions on power switches, how the utilities worked. My shower switch got turned off, I did not know it. & so I did not have a shower that day. If someone had an emergency, there is no internet & you are 4.5 flights up. I am glad nothing happened to me while I was visiting.
