There was no breakfast. the flat was in a good location clean and comfortable.
I was sent the wrong address. it was clearly run by the same people as it had the butterflies on the door. I booked through a 3rd party and they helped me find someone to resolve the situation. She was rude told me it was my mistake and hung up on me. 32-40 Saint Martins Court, Westminster Borough London WC2N 4AL is what was sent to me for check in. when it was 43 Charing Cross Rd that I had booked. and that is where I was supposed to check in, but I had no idea until I was there.

Fantastic location, central and easy to get everywhere. Spacious and very comfortable.
The stairs! 4 flights of stairs (with 3 of them very narrow) is a lot!

Very comfortable beds and pillows Fantastic location, of course if you dont worry about nighttime street noise. Very easy checkin/ very clear instructions gor everything Kitchen is very well equipped Overall very clean. Loved my stay, thank you!
