Entire town centre 2 bedroom apartment very close to beach

You could not fault the location excellent

No fault with the apartment. It’s the old C&A building needs some attention in places.

First the positives. Location was great. Close enough to everything, but very quiet. No traffic noise or gerenal town noise at all other than the seagulls. Having two bathrooms was a real bonus. Having parking included was amazing. Collecting and dropping the keys was easy enough. Cleaning was generally ok.

The house needs some TLC urgently, to make this apartment enjoyable. One of the beds was ok, the other- very uncomfortable and squeaky, which kept wake us up every time we moved in the night. Bedrooms doors had locks on them in a way that we couldn't close them, so a fire hazard. Every wardrobe or cupboard was broken. The kitchen was well equipped, but hardly any glassware. The sofa was worn out, very uncomfortable and not enough seating for 4 people. And sadly, no welcome pack or information at all. We couldn't even figure out how to leave the building by foot.
