We had a few minor issues and the management responded quickly and completely. They were great! You could tell that they wanted to provide good service. It was very clean and comfortable. It was actually walking distance from downtown and we enjoyed the food from La Tienda Latina.
The inside was great, but the outside felt a bit run down and the view was a bit industrial. There is a fenced in yard, but we still had to leash our small dogs because it was easy to escape. If you aren't interested in a view from the porch, this won't be an issue since downtown is so accessible. TV in one or more bedrooms would be a plus since not everybody wants to watch the same thing.

The location was perfect the apartment was very clean and cozy private quiet area but very close to everything
Only had one TV and the water got cold extremely fast when taking showers

Great location - close to Depot Park and downtown. Overall, clean and comfortable bed. Easy check in. Good shower.
A bit of deferred maintenance - broken locks on window, microwave not working properly, minimal kitchen pans ( e.g., no large frying pan), only one dishwasher tablet and no dishwashing soap (we were there a week), TV remote needed batteries (we replaced), glass-top coffee table unstable.
