Val D'Isere is a wonderfully convenient complex that is located only 350 yards away from the Village Gondola, which will take you to the lifts at Canyon Lodge, and offers a ski-in/ski-out access near the beginner-level Ski Back Trail. Thanks to its incredible position between the Village and a lush pine forest, this Mammoth Lakes condo is the perfect blend of natural splendor and in-town convenience. The famous Mammoth Mountain will be your playground. It features 28 lifts, 150 named trails, and 3,500 acres of Eastern Sierra terrain that are ideal for beginners, intermediate skiers, and experts alike. However, if you're not into winter sports and decide to visit the area during summer, you won't be disappointed. This is not a luxury accommodation but its close to village, village gondola, and Shuttle bus stop. Certainly outdated but it did what we needed and the water was hot. I would return.

Great location and parking however very old furniture and amenities which matches the pricing. The queen size bed mattress needs replacing, very uncomfortable. Good budget friendly option next to the village.

I was surprised when I saw the good price for such a conveniently located property. When I got to the place, saw the furniture, fridge and the state of the cookware I understood why. Our group didn't find it as terrible as some other reviewers, especially considering the price at the convenient location. I wish they at least updated the appliances and cookware, that shouldn't break the bank. If I remember correctly, the group's consensus was that we would stay there again, just because of the good price considering the location.
