Local businesses line the streets of the surrounding areas, providing a copious amount of shopping options for all tastes. Deeded access to Seacrest's private beach offers the exclusivity travelers love when visiting the Inn at Seacrest.*
The Village Towne Centre at Village of South Walton features unique boutique kiosks designed to provide a full array of activities and items which maximize leisure for all beachgoers. Bike or walk to the area's famous Rosemary Beach or Alys Beach, both of which surround the Inn at Seacrest.
*If you are renting dates from March 1 to October 31 it is HIGHLY recommended that you secure beach chair service through Seacrest's exclusive vendor, La Dolce Vita, soon after booking to ensure you have reserved space on the beach. On their site, select 30A South Walton then select The Villas at Sunset Beach and Seacrest Beach (your beach is Seacrest). They will request our address to reserve your chairs which will be found on your rental agreement after booking. We do not provide beach chairs or other beach gear as we cannot guarantee space on this private beach.

The place is clean and tastefully decorated. The bathroom is updated and had everything we needed for a short stay. The location was great. We were able to walk like 3 minutes to Alys Beach and Seacrest Beach. Seacrest Beach was crowded, but the other towns (e.g., Seaside and Watersound) were close, so we went there and loved it.

We had a fantastic 4-night stay at this condo! The management team was very accommodating and quick to respond. The condo was exceptionally clean, had a lovely view from the top floor, and was perfectly situated between Rosemary and Alys. It had everything we needed, though a freezer for ice would have been nice, so we went out daily for fresh ice for our beach coolers. We highly recommend renting bikes to explore the area for dinner, shops, and public beaches. The pool was clean, and we often had it almost to ourselves when we were there. The deeded beach access was about a 5-minute walk but very crowded, so we opted to bike 15 minutes to a less crowded public beach. Overall, we loved this condo and would definitely stay again for another getaway.

Nice property overall. Exterior door needs new seal. A safe would be ideal. Needs dead bolt lock. Bottom bed sheet is worn out and rough

The location is not good because the beach access was farther than expected. Saw two small roaches in the room when we entered. Disgusting!
