Die Tiefgarage im -3 Untergeschoss, nur über Innenhof, 2 Aufzüge und diverse Wege erreichbar, was sehr umständlich ist

Excellent location, has a beautiful terrace and has parking in an underground garage in a city where it is almost impossible to find parking. A supermarket is located 10 minutes walk from the house and the beach is also 6-8 minutes walk. The pedestrian ferry line to Saint Tropez ( Bateaux Verts) is about 12 minute walk away. Last but not least, the owners went out of their way to greet us and have been very helpful with advice about the area.

Location was absolutely stunning. In the middle of the center. Everything nearby, beach included. 2 minute walk to put your feet in the sand. Appartment was very quiet and to have a garage for your car was amazing. Shower was nice and kitchen well equipped. The double bed was a bit hard for our backs, but that’s definetely a personal matter. The airconditioning was very comfortable, since it was pretty hot outside. The view from the balcony was excellent, my husband and children watching the nice big and expensive cars below, while on the right we saw the beautiful mountains (sunset) and on the left we saw the sea. I would also like to thank Joan for welcoming us so nicely.

There’s a lot of sun on the balcony and the larger parasol had already been broken before we arrived. We used our own from the beach but it did not cover the entire table to eat. I can totally understand that Joan has had it with tenants who leave the parasol open during the mistrals. Having an electric sunshade would probably do the trick, but that’s a bit of an expensive solution, I can imagine.
