Villa of 200m² with beautiful fenced garden, large living room of 40m² with fireplace and satellite TV, equipped American kitchen, 4 bedrooms, one with balcony, 3 bathrooms. 2 large terraces with outdoor hard barbecue. Secure private pool with large beach equipped with sun loungers. Panoramic sea view on the south side, les Maures mountains view on the north side and golf course 500m away. Private parking for 2 cars. Sandy beach near La Nartelle and Ste Maxime.

The house was nice, well equipped and a good size with great views over the bay, the pool and gardens were pretty. The owner was quick to respond to enquiries and getting into the villa was straight forward. It’s up a very steep hill which takes about 15/20 minutes to walk after the 3rd night our dog point blankly refused to cooperate so we resorted to the car. Plenty of restaurants to choose from in Sainte Maxime, catching the ferry over to Saint Tropez was easy, although extremely busy when we got there. Would recommend other beaches just out of town as the centre beach was not the best. All in all had a lovely time at the villa.

We were 4 adults for two weeks and enjoyed the villa - beautiful views, we used the pool daily, had meals outside on the patio, and the living room was lovely. Nicely situated high above Ste Maxime. Great central location although you do need a car. The two best bedrooms share a bathroom.
