Big kitchen with lots of tools (blender, pots and pans, waffle maker, loads of dishes, etc). Lots of sleeping space. Clean bathrooms with good shower pressure. Tons of towels. Fireplace is cozy, Roku TV is nice. Private beach at the end of the lane is a real treat! (It's about 3-4 switchbacks to get down there, so you could haul a boat if you're strong, otherwise just a great place to swim in the summer, I imagine).
The sliding bathroom door in the master bedroom wasn't cut long enough and leaves nothing to the imagination. Only share this room with people you're super comfortable with lol.
