Deluxe Ocean View Condo 2 Queen Beds in Waikiki, FREE Parking & Wi-Fi
The pool and all associated amenities will be closed starting April 7, 2025,
for an estimated duration of 10 to 14 months to accommodate the Recreation
Deck renovation project.
This 28th floor condo has the best of both worlds, a birds-eye view of the
bustling city and sparkling ocean. Better yet, is only a 5 minute walk from
the World-Famous Waikiki beach! This condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen
including a refrigerator, stove-range, microwave, coffee maker, and all the
kitchen supplies you will need to have an at home cooking experience while you
are on vacation. This kitchen includes a gorgeous breakfast bar complete with
stools for the perfect quick meal fix! Please sit back and relax in the airy
living area that includes a large flat screen TV and cozy couch. The lanai
includes lounge chairs and side table so you can enjoy a warm cup of coffee
and watch the island sunrise!
This unit has a comfortable bedroom with 2 Queen Sized Beds and a picture-
perfect view of the luscious Diamond Head Crater. The bedroom can be made
private by the sliding partition doors or left open for a very free flow room.
A comfy sofa sleeper is built into the living room, so if you need extra beds,
we've got you covered. The bathroom right off the bedroom has a closed off
private toilet and a great shower/bath with a detachable shower head. This
bathroom is the perfect place to wash away all the sand and stress after a day
spent at the beach!
Additional sleepers can be arranged by special request. We provide high
quality inflatable beds. Please contact us directly prior to room assignment.

The property was in a great location, walkable to most things in the Waikiki Beach area. Nice views from our room. The room we stayed in definitely needs some updating, the beds were comfortable. The room had some trash left behind that wasn’t cleaned up prior to us checking in. The toilet was pretty much running the entire time, but still flushed. We were only in our room pretty much to sleep.

The unit was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. We requested a repair on a chair that was defective, and that was handled the same day! When we requested refills on some products, there was no problem or hesitation. We have the following suggestions to add: A full length mirror, A spatula, A can opener, These three items would have topped our stay!! Unfortunately, my vacation did not end well – when I was at the airport returning home and checked my messages, I was left a message that caused me great distress From the Koko resort reservations. There was confusion with. My two reservations that had been straightened out previously. But it ended up that. someone didn’t get the message and they were going to be charging an exorbitant amount for not departing in between reservations. Until I got the clarified email, I was very stressed on the trip home!!

This unit is run down and needs a ton of work. The TV was off the wall, along with the smoke detector. There are stains all over the carpet. The bathtub didn’t drain at all the first day, but was ok once my husband plunged it. The cabinets and counter tops had chips all over them, and were dirty inside. The first morning we were not able to get into the unit. I called the office but it was after hours, so I left a message and they never called back to check in (we eventually got the door to open). Positive feedback is that the unit was in a great location, was relatively clean and well stocked with towels, soaps, and shampoo.
