Deluxe City and Ocean View Condo at the Waikiki Banyan, Free Parking/Wi-Fi
The pool and all associated amenities will be closed starting April 7, 2025,
for an estimated duration of 10 to 14 months to accommodate the Recreation
Deck renovation project.
This bright and cheery 7th floor condo has a great view of Waikiki and the
Ocean! Located only a few short blocks from the world-famous Waikiki Beach
this condo is a perfect place to stay for that endless summer feeling! This
unit comes with a gorgeous fully furnished kitchen that includes a full-sized
refrigerator, stove-range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all the
kitchen supplies you need to have an at home cooking experience while you
vacation. This kitchen is complete with a dining table and chairs. Enjoy this
condo's spacious living area that includes a mounted tv, a comfy sofa sleeper,
and a lovely fold out seating chair. The balcony is complete with a table and
chairs for you to enjoy a warm cup of coffee and soak up the Hawaiian breeze!
This unit has a beautiful bedroom with a King-Sized Bed, colorful artwork, and
an amazing view for that ultimate vacation feel.The bathroom right off the
bedroom has a beautiful marble stone shower, a tv, and plenty of storage. This
bathroom is the perfect place to wash away all the ocean after a great day in
Waikiki!
Additional sleepers can be arranged by special request, if need be, we provide
high quality inflatable beds. Please contact us directly prior to room
assignment.
This unit comes with FREE Wi-Fi internet. There is A/C in the unit located in

Most of our condos at Property Manager are located in the luxurious Waikiki
Banyan, an ideal spot for any occasion in Hawai'i. Just a block from the
famous Waikiki Beach, you can easily enjoy dipping your toes in the soothing
ocean water, surfing, swimming, scuba diving, hula dancing, and exploring
Hawaiian nightlife. The Waikiki Banyan is also close to top-notch dining
options and shopping centers like the International Marketplace and Royal
Hawaiian Shopping Center. For family fun, the Zoo and Aquarium are just around
the corner, and public transportation is readily available for exploring
Honolulu, conveniently located just outside the building.
The Waikiki Banyan features a beautifully furnished lobby with Hawaiian decor,
soothing waterfall sounds, and a koi pond. Enjoy coffee and breakfast at The
Banyan Breeze, a local coffee shop, and stock up on local treats at the

Pros: FREE parking!, good location, comfortable king bed, washing machines (2) and dryers (2) on same floor
Cons: a/c (window unit) didn’t cool adequately, overall cleanliness subpar (shower and floors needed a good scrubbing, shower head was corroded, heavy dust on glass shelves in bathroom, had to take trash down the hall prior to checkout, owner should consider new cleaning service), not a bad place but could be cleaner

This visit was a snap. I love that checking in was as easy as entering the room with a key code! The apartment was great and we really enjoyed our stay. The bed was large and comfortable. We would stay again.

The staff that assists you at getting everything you could possibly need or want. The condo was extremely clean, well equipped kitchen so you could just stay in and relax after a day of exploring. Just an overall amazing stay.
