Fun & Hip Designer Condo Perfect for Family or Friends

This large and spacious condo (1387 sq. ft.), impeccably decorated with modern furniture and design is perfect for an individual, couple, small family or small group of friends. A private pool is what puts it over-the-top. Two large, upstairs bedrooms (linked by a common, outdoor sitting area) each have private bathrooms. Both bedrooms and the downstairs common area have televisions (a total of three) for you to use with all your major streaming service subscriptions. The view of the Palm Springs mountain range from the dining room is spectacular. Please note: Should you wish full access to the private pool and all its features (including heat) there will be an additional $200 monthly fee. Terms of this can be discussed and arranged prior to your booking.

In the summer months I lower my nightly/monthly price to an extremely reasonable rate. A $600 deposit each month (June - September) is required by guests to cover monthly electrical and water utility bills. When bills are received by me they will be presented to guests and then paid. Guests will be immediately refunded whatever money was not needed for monthly utilities. Note: When this arrangement is in effect I do NOT collect the additional $200 monthly fee for the pool usage.
