Heart of wine country, steps from the beach, minutes to Greenport. Spacious 3 bedroom/ 2.5 bath boasts vaulted ceilings with sun pouring in, 280 degree view of the LI Sound, central air, and 3 huge decks The top deck right off the kitchen allowing you to entertain and BBQ on a massive deck with spectacular water views at sunset. Top of the line wifi in and outside of the house. Bike riding, beaches and an outdoor shower for when you come home. Smart TV's in every room. Comfortably sleeps 8

Our family enjoyed spending Thanksgiving at the property. The house (and kitchen) was well-stocked with all the tools you would need to enjoy a peaceful getaway and make some great family meals. The house felt very clean and welcoming. Sanitizer was conveniently placed on each floor, which was appreciated.

Excellent location for wine tasting in the North Fork of LI. The home Is close to the beach with beautiful views of the water. It was a pleasure interacting with the owner when necessary.

We stayed for three nights for a family wedding in nearby Greenport. The upstairs living space looks out over the trees to the sound for sunsets. Only complaint is the street doesn't have direct access to the beach. It's a short quarter mile walk down the road to the public beach.

We decided to stay on the North Fork to enjoy some tranquility and relaxIan’s house was great. Clean, quiet, wonderful views and close to the beach.
