The view was beautiful and the proximity to the Gulf Coast Salute Air Show was perfect.

There was a young man that worked in the gift store that was so pleasant. He remembered my name and while I was in the store, he greeted everybody by their name. He was just an extremely nice young man. Also, there was always someone cleaning it always seemed so nice.

The employees for the rental chair service were very rude and immature. One made a comment about my accent and used profanity. I was very disappointed and offended.. It was disappointing that the tiki bar stayed closed. Most of the time while I was there on the beach.

The location was great since it was so close to Pier Park. The property was well maintained.

There needs to be a map or explanation of where things are on the property so it will be easier for guests to navigate and enjoy the amenities available to them.

The location was awesome

My party experienced a lock out due to a malfunctioning security bar on the condo door. We found ourselves locked out in the middle of the night. The number for 24/7 emergency contact was located inside and the contact number on all the correspondence was really useless. Five women locked out in an area not knowing anyone. There were profuse apologies and our distress was valued at $100. Good customer service could have diffused my disappointment but no one seemed to acknowledge how traumatic the situation was in the middle of our vacation. YouTube helped us more than any Realjoy personnel. We had to purchase our own paper supplies.
