Owner provided an allen wrench size that was much needed for a dual sport repair - friendly, accommodating and nice.

Myself, my daughter, grandaughter and grandson stayed for 1 week. The house was nicer and cozier than the pictures. We kayak and fished the pepacton reservoir and fished the west branch of the delaware under the covered bridge in Downsville. We hiked Murphy Hill forest and Alder Lake. We visited Walton , Delhi, Pheonicia, Margaretville and Roscoe. We loved it!. The house was a great location and perfect for us to hangout with our three dogs !
