A stunning apartment with great location!

The apartment was clean and spotless. it is well designed and has all amenities available (tv, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, coffee machine, etc..). The location of the apartment is great. a supermarket is just across the street. it is also: * 5 minutes walk to the market and the center of the city. * 7 minutes walk to Greifswald university hospital. * 3 minutes away by car to Greifswald train station. Katja, the host, is amazing. she is extremely helpful and friendly. We had a really nice stay. will definitely stay there again. highly recommended.

Sehr schöne, große Wohnung, mit super ausgestatteter Küche

Die geräumige Wohnung war perfekt für unseren kurzen Weihnachtsaufenthalt mit der Familie. Mit 6 Gästen konnten wir problemlos auf zwei Zimmer verteilt übernachten und durch die Doppeltür zur Küche, die das Wohnzimmer abtrennt, hatte man morgens genügend Privatsphäre, wenn die ersten Besucher bereits wach waren. Der große Tisch in der Küche war ideal für unser Familien-Weihnachtsessen, das wir mit 10 Personen (Erwachsenen und Kindern) machten. Die gut ausgestattete Küche hatte alles, was wir brauchten und so konnten wir das Essen miteinander genießen. Anschließend bot uns das Wohnzimmer genügend Platz mit allen um den kleinen mitgebrachten Weihnachtsbaum herum unser Fest weiterzuführen und mit den Kindern zu spielen. Das Badezimmer hatte ebenso Platz für alle unsere Sachen und das zweite WC im Hausflur, war eine gute Alternative, wenn das Bad belegt war. Der Parkplatz ist ganz nahe bei dem Haus und die Lage sehr zentral zur Innenstadt. :)

Gute Lage mit Abstrichen

Die Größe der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Genug Platz für Familien.

Gefühlt 50% der Wände waren unverputzt und in einer Baustellenoptik. Zudem wurden ohne Beweise Schäden geltend gemacht.

charmante großzügige empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

In einem Mehrfamilienhaus im Hochparterre eine große gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit besonderen individuell ausgewählten Möbeln, Gegenständen und Bildern. Keine übliche "praktische" Hotelausstattung aus Billigmöbeln. Küche perfekt ausgestattet. WZ und Küche zur gut befahrenen Straße, Schlafzimmer zum Hof sehr ruhig. Sogar noch eine zweite Toilette auf dem Flur.

Altbauwohnung Tip für Greifswaldaufenthalt

Sehr zentral gelegene Super schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Sehr nette Vermieter und alles gut erklärt, dass keine Fragen offen bleiben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt (5 Personen) und hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Greifswald. Vielen Dank!!

Accueil correct. La situation et commerces proches.

Pas bien isolé. Très chaud à notre arrivée et obligés de garder les fenêtres ouvertes mais bruits de la rue en travaux très tôt le matin. Parking pas loin mais compliqué à trouver à cause de nombreuses rues en travaux et fermées. Peut-être à signaler au moment des réservations.
