Our family had a wonderful time in this charming lake home. We were just four people, but there was room to comfortably accommodate so many more! It is both cozy and spacious, and has everything you need for a family vacation. We enjoyed the kayaks and the dock. The location is fantastic, between lake Keuka and Watkins Glen. The owner was easy to communicate with, and promptly answered any questions that came up.

The property is a bit rustic and off the beaten path but has all the things you need. My husband and I wanted a place to relax and do some detox from the stress of work and everyday life and the property fit the bill. We wanted a place to take our dogs and allow our retriever to swim to her hearts content and the lake across the lightly used street fit the bill. We did not stray far but there was lots to do in the area if you need or want entertainment.

The property was ideal for a family gathering. The house is rustic and charming but in need of some updates and repairs. We are used to “glamping” so this did not present a problem for us.
Plenty of room indoors and out. The yard was spacious for lawn games and the little cabin was priceless! The outdoor fire pit was large and quite enjoyable.
The only downside was that the lake is not conducive to swimming as the lake is loaded with seaweed. That was disappointing for us swimmers. However, the lake was calm and some of us enjoyed many hours of longboarding.

Nice property, large yard that the kids enjoyed. Good proximity to water. Listing had a few errors, misleading. Furniture needs updating.
