Paradise to escape modern world but still got good wifi and hot water 😘

Please improve the 2 bedroom's Pool.

Please put the real photo of the 2 bedroom pool. It's far from the expectations, I need to cancel my stay because the pool is not the same with the picture. And it's really disappointed because they said it's just because the color and type of the floor is different from the 1 bedroom villa. But thank God I can get full refund of my cancelation. So. Sorry I need to put the picture of the pool here, so the owner can fixed this and can improve the facilities and also the cleanliness of the area, especially the garden.

Bit of a miss

This property could have been a 10/10 but unfortunately some things were missed that made the stay unenjoyable. The bed was comfortable, the villa was a cool design and had a nice feel about it. The staff were lovely but that’s where the positive ends.

The shower gel was empty, the shampoo was empty, the bath babbles were empty, the bath plug didn’t go down all the way so the water just emptied out straight away, so unusable. The water pressure was very weak. The breakfast was mediocre at best, the pool looked green with mould growth on the sides and not really there fault but the roosters started crowing at 3am and didn’t stop all morning, that was then followed by the dogs barking so bring yourself some earplugs to ensure you get some sleep.

Avoid if possible as plenty of better options in the vicinity

Staff was polite and to the extent possible helpful

- just breads and fruit for breakfast despite paying for a exotic breakfast - lizards of the size of chameleons haunted the rooms and we had to check out one night early to avoid the chaos and despair living among the pests - pool was cloudy and dirty - no staff after 8pm for any support - access road very very narrow , makes it difficult for big vehicles to get to the villas - shower was not working despite complaining it wasn’t fixed. It was just dripping - cobwebs all over the place - washroom latch was broken - bath tub took forever to fill till we had to give up - both the TV was not working and no response from staff on same

Authentic Ubud vibe, lovely staffs.

Very authentic Ubud vibe. The villa is such a beautiful wood house. The staffs are extra friendly they helped us a lot. Considering there are three beds it would be real nice for a family visit and it’s very affordable!!!

However, it’s true there are few dead ants in the bed but it wasn’t too bad as I was worried before visiting. Since Ubud itself is like a jungle, you will inevitably find insects anywhere. I don’t think the bed itself was the problem since they were very nicely cleaned, i think the dead ants fell from mosquito nets hanging on the bed. I think staffs should try to wash the nets to get better reviews about the insects. But overall the ant problem was very trivial i could easily blow it off before going to sleep. In the end I has really good sleep there since the nets really worked and I didn’t get any kind of bites.

Excellent experience

The stuff was really kind, they managed to decorate the swimming pool (with flowers) and the room for my friend’s birthday. Communication with Jensen was great and his service was amazing (he provided us with medications when we were feeling sick).

The roads to get there were a bit narrow.

Good location with potential for improvement

Beautiful villa, private, comfortable beds, beautiful garden

Only 2 extremely uncomfortable chairs provided for a 4 persons villa, with 3 guests booked. We didn't end up enjoying the villa and felt we had to go out as we couldn't find a spot to relax, unwind and read/chat comfortably there. A couch, a daybed, more cushions would have made it better and more homely. Leaky taps and bad plumbing, damp uninviting bathrooms with mold growing everywhere, unhygienic and unsafe bathroom floors with loose stones covering the floor (wobbly, always wet and can't be actually clean). No spare toilet tissue, no hand soap in one of the 2 bathrooms, ceiling leaking into the bathtub - really dodgy/dirty looking bathtub that we didn't feel safe to soak into. Breakfast really limited and comprising of only pastries (lots of it) and bottled oj. Was hoping for even a little bit of fresh fruits and fresh fruit juices. Badly appointed kitchenette: no oven/microwave to reheat leftovers, no pot, dirty fridge, old and dirty dishcloth. You couldn't cater for a family in this villa, as not enough seating and cooking ustensiles. Three light bulbs not working and only changed on your last day there (pool, by mirror in bedroom, and deck) Rooms are really dark. Multiple tiles laying at the bottom of the pool. Pool not cleaned as part of "daily cleaning". Ended up quite tired as very noisy roosters and dogs having a blast at night right next door. Lovely staff, really trying to please but really didn't understand a word of English. No way to communicate and sort out any issues with them. This place needs a little more care and daily attention to be great.

Overall, it’s a pathetic property

Nothing

I had a very disappointing experience at this villa. The room was not cleaned or properly maintained, with spiders near the bed making it impossible to sleep. The lights inside the room and in the surrounding areas were not working, adding to the discomfort. To make matters worse, the staff left before 6 PM and there was no one available to assist. Location was not good. Overall, it was a pathetic experience and I would strongly advise against staying at this property.

There was AC and the staff were lovely.

Dark rooms, not a lot of natural light. Far from any restaurant so you’ll need to hire scooter or get taxis. Dog nearby that doesn’t stop barking and insects and geckos were very loud at night. Need ear plugs to sleep.

Ill-mannered owner always seeking to get more money by hook or by crook, and not cooperative at all

The owner of the property is ill-mannered he doesn’t know how to behave with the guests, It was my biggest mistake to rent a scooty from him, his scooty got punchured thrice within one day and when I complaint him he was telling our mistake and told to anyhow repair the vehicle and bring back to hotel, when it became impossible to repair third time I left the vehicle and sent him location after coming back to hotel he was again fighting and asked for 200,000 idr as compensation apart from what I already spent repairing it and rent I gave. This was the worst experience in my whole bali trip, there are more villas near by in good location than this I won’t suggest anyone to stay here.

Beautiful villas, terrible location.

Beautiful private villas in a quiet setting.

Not near anything! Says short walk to monkey forest but we walked 45 min and were not even close. No taxis available. Actually did finally manage to flag one down who refused to take us to Ubud because “busy traffic”. Only the mist basic shops within 1/2 hour walk.

Rooster sounds at 4.00 am

Villa was good and upto expectations. Matching the photos as shown in website.

Rooster started singing their music at 4.00 really loud. You cannot sleep peacefully at this location. I just slept for 3 hours in the night and then I was fully irritated because of sounds from rooster. Staff didnt placed towels and handsoap. I have to come out in middle of my bath and ask them to put towels. Checkout was pathetic. I had to checkout at 7.00 am but nobody was there at reception. I went for tour and requested them that I need half hour extra for checkout. Staff was so rude and they denied straight forward not even expecting there mistake. Location is in outskirts of ubud. Bit far from market and common places in ubud. Too overpriced, you can find lot of good villas with almost half of this price.

property is not good at all as it appear on photos, pool wasnt clean at all and side lamps was not working as well as ac was not working. my biggest disappointment was staff and their cheating behaviour as they charged us for a broken glass which we didnt do it and the scooty we hired from the villa had problem as the key wasnt working and we had it fixed from ubud and paid 75000 idr, after all this staff was showing a picture of a broken scooty and tried to charge more for that but we denied as we didnt drove it at all, overall they are not trustworthy as most of the places in ubud are. i would not recommend anyone to stay here and face all these hassle on your precious vacation. food was pathetic as well since we ordered food and massage on property, they charge much more for massage which was not by this property and someone from outside will come for this service and at the end THEY DO NOT TAKE ANY CARDS FOR PAYMENTS!! WHAT!! Yes, so try more other beautiful villas but not this one.

Green Zone villa design and architect all came together with the exclusiveness away from the busy Bali life.

very discreet away from the noise. the pool was amazing and it’s good to have a kitchen so you can cook as well. the host and staff were awesome. they kept us alone and WhatsApp conversation was really good…technology aye. watching the local villages and the roosters crowing was all about Bali experience.

The staff are so friendly and very helpful. It has a beautiful feel about it and the rooms are gorgeous! Great water pressure in the shower, comfortable bed and good wifi.

I felt a lack of privacy whilst being here. They came to clean the pool and left the pool doors wide open when they left so anyone could just walk into my villa. There was an option to order breakfast at the villa, I honestly wouldn't bother. They said it can take up to an hour as they have to order it externally, and it was stone cold by the time it arrived I chose not to even eat it.
