Great location. Very spacious. Clean. There's a school right across the street and hearing the kids play gave joy to the heart. Very close walk to everything. We used the school swings, jungle gym, and basketball courts in the evening. I'd give the place a 4.5 stars, only because the beds were not the most comfy, the landlord can stock a few more towels, and the upstairs bathroom sink basically doesn't work. But it was overall very nice and I'd definitely stay again!

We had a great time here with 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids 1-5yo) over Memorial Day weekend. The location was excellent! We only got in the car to do a couple of activities like the safari and bowling. Easy to walk to the beach, shopping , and restaurants. Excellent coffee shop right down the block. School with a playground right across the street was nice for kids too! Having the yard was really fun with kids, or even just for the adults to sit out and have a drink on the comfy patio furniture . Kitchen is more updated than the rest of the house. Furniture in the living room and dining room areas isn't great to accommodate a big group all at once but it worked for our purposes. One time we called the property manager, didn't answer at first but did when we called back later. It wasn't an emergency though so we were fine.
