About this house rental
Short drive to Alpine valley or Grand Geneva ski hill. Stay here with your group of friends or family, and enjoy all this restored historic Victorian has has to offer. Frankly, its the best of both worlds when you have the old world charm with modern amenities. Chill out with central AC or warm up next to indoor gas fireplace while playing games or eating at the oversized dining table. Walking distance to bars/food, but far enough from downtown Geneva to relax peacefully outdoors on the patio.

The last few years we have been staying in Lake Geneva over the holidays (or close to it), it has been a fun and cost effective way to visit with out of town family at this time of year. This was such a charming home. I think the only draw back was the single bathroom for 7 people, but being all adults we made it work. Game night was seamless with the large dining area and the charming kitchen was great for preparing meals. This property is pet friendly and the nicely fenced yard was awesome for our dogs. Location was fine, nice neighborhood, and the streets weren't as loud as we were concerned about. A hike to downtown would be well, a hike. But we walked to local restaurants. Over all, a lovely experience.

We enjoyed our stay here. Small house on a relatively quiet street with a short drive to town. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home! We were a group of 7 adults with two dogs and different walkable activity interests in the area. The sunny back porch and fenced in yard were lovely surprises! The beds and furnishings were perfect and the owners checked in often to ensure we enjoyed the stay! We would stay exactly here again and again when visiting the area! Many thanks for a wonderful stay!

Booked a little getaway from Chicago. Really enjoyed the updated historic property. It is a really beautiful home with many original features.
The check-in process was seamless with the door code ready to go for us and the hosts were always available to chat. They had great internet and a smart TV that was useful during our downtime.
Would stay here again on our next trip to Lake Geneva.
