Großzügiges Appartement im 3.OG, Aufzug, Parkplätze vor dem Haus und Tiefgarage, Waschmaschine vorhanden, Strandnah,
Nichts wirklich gravierendes. Küchenutensilien nur rudimentär vorhanden. Kamera im Eingangsbereich in der Wohnung (im Hausflur in Ordnung),

The flat is very spacious and fully equipped. Also the fireplace is nice. We could use wood which was provided by the owner. The apartment is close to the beach located. Within 2 minutes you can walk on the beach. Also there are enough parking slots. The communication with the owner was quick and easy.
Noisy: Unfortunately the apartment is located next to a property which looks like a mess. Within there are 3 watchdogs who are intend to secure the property. The barking of the dogs was very annoying, also in the night. Also about 200 m distance there is a night club. In the night you could hear the music.
