Emerald Villa is a 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom house that offers the best of everything you could imagine. The house is gorgeous from the minute you walk into the home. It has a contemporary feel and was professionally decorated to make you feel at home. Each bedroom has its own private flat-screen TV as well for use and enjoyment.
MAIN LEVEL:

-- Open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, bar that seats 4 and a dining room area that seats 8
-- Bedroom One: King bed with a flat-screen TV
-- Garage: Game Room with air hockey & Ping pong table

Disney is a mere 15-20 minutes away, Orlando International Airport is 40-45 minutes, the Premium Outlets in Lake Buena Vista is a quick 15-20 minutes, and you`re only five minutes away from a 24-Hour Super Target. This gorgeous estate comes fully professionally furnished and decorated.
POOL & SPA HEAT
*The cost to add on pool and spa heat during your stay is $30 a day (plus applicable state and county taxes).*
GRILL
*BBQ Grill is available for guests to use free of charge. However, if the propane runs out, it is the guest`s responsibility to exchange the tank. You can exchange it at Dollar General, Lowes, and most gas stations.*
*Cleaning the grill is the guest`s responsibility and NOT included in the cleaning fee, please clean before/after usage.*

Storey Lake has a 5-car limit per home. The garage is unavailable for parking. Street, sidewalk, apron, or grass parking are not allowed and your vehicle may be towed if parked in these areas. Additional parking is available within the community and is first-come, first-serve.

Excellent condo. Family of 6 adults and an infant that went to Disney World. Location to parks was very good. Plenty of room for everyone. Didn't use the pool or hot tub because it was to cold outside. I would highly recommend for a family especially with boys because of the Star Wars and Jurassic World rooms.

The house is very nice and in a good location, we were able to get to the tourist attractions that we wanted ( the three universal parks, Lego land and medieval times relatively easily) and the kids loved the themed rooms. We had room for all 10 of us without feeling like we were always on top of each other which was nice. A few cons though. While communication with the host was answered fairly quickly through the app, issues were not addressed mainly the large spring that was coming out of one of the mattresses and wounded my cousin. We paid to have the pool heated which I recommend because the water park that is heavily advertised in the pictures is no where hear the house at all, it is actually in a separate little community. There were some cleanliness issues such as the coated fan in one of the bathrooms where large chunks of white dust would fall on you. Be mindful of of the wording of the amenities, yes there is a grill there for your use but the propane tank was empty and when I inquired about it I was told it was our responsibility to get a refill, not what I'm expected when a free grill was advertised.
