Kind Hosts in a vineyard farmstead.

Cute kittens and accomodating host when we arrived quite late at night

The breakfast on the day we stayed was not as good as I had expected based on the reviews I had read The room was quite small for 3 people and had no air conditioning.

The co-living concept is fine untill you have to share the kitchen and the living room with an Italian family that pretends to not understand a single word of English (or even Italain) and has is very inconsiderate of others. Also: at a homestay like this one would expect some fresh bread at breakfast and not just toast bread.

The hosts were really nice and helpful and the room was really nice and clean. They cooked us an amazing 4-course dinner with veggies from the garden and all things they made themselves from scratch. They had a lot of animals which can be good to know if you have some allergies

Exceptional

Massimo and Francesca are wonderful hosts with a beautiful house. We stayed there for 2 nights and it was one of the highlights of our travel. We were invited for a delicious meal with home-grown vegetables and self-made bread and had a very nice conversation. We also enjoyed our time at their outdoor Whirlpool a lot. We can only recommend the place to anyone!

Le camere sono molto carine, pulite e accoglienti, il bagno è ampio. La colazione è molto ricca, molto buoni in particolare i dolci fatti in casa. La.struttura è immersa nel verde e il panorama è stupendo, ho apprezzato anche la possibilità di usare l'idromassaggio esterno. Francesca è stata molto disponibile e gentile. Consigliatissimo.

Colazione ottima, con tanta scelta. Posizione stupenda, la casa è immersa tra vigneti ed ulivi, al piano primo avevamo una bellissima balconata in legno con vista sulla valle verdissima.

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für eine Nacht als Zwischstop auf dem Weg nach Italien.

Wir haben die Unterkunft aufgrund ihrer kurzen Distanz zur Autobahn für eine ÜN gewählt und waren so begeistert, dass wir auf der Rückfahrt nochmal hier waren. Alles ist sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Das Frühstück steht in der Gemeinschaftsküche bereit, man bedient sich selbst am Kühlschrank und darf alles nutzen. Kurze oder längere Spaziergänge durch Weinberge und Wald waren nach der langen Autofahrt sehr wohltuend.

La ubicación es perfecta si buscas desconexión o llevas contigo un auto. De lo contrario, es muy difícil poder salir de ahí y buscar comida o cosas que no tienes de forma anticipada. Me gustó mucho la casa. Es un espacio muy cómodo, bonito y el cuarto que tuvimos fue demasiado cómodo y con un ambiente que te invita a relajarte. El desayuno lo debe preparar el huésped, pero los anfitriones diario nos dejaban nuevos insumos para hacerlo. Me gustó que los insumos eran muy variados y que podíamos comer como si fuera un buffet y a nuestro gusto. Otro punto importante fue la limpieza. Los anfitriones cuidan muchísimo que todos los espacios se mantengan muy limpios y en buen mantenimiento. Me encantó!

No me gustó que el sitio tiene poca privacidad. Las dos habitaciones de la casa están en la tercera planta y ambas comparten un baño. En la segunda planta está el área común que se compone de una sala, terraza y la cocina y está conectada a los cuartos por unas escaleras. La segunda planta se conecta con la primera con escaleras y en ese piso están los anfitriones. Nos ocurrió que mientras me bañaba, la anfitriona ya estaba en el otro cuarto limpiando, con su radio a un volumen alto. Si nos hubiéramos querido despertar tarde, no habría sido posible. Ella simplemente subió sin tocar o avisar y comenzó sus actividades. Además, los anfitriones entran y salen al 2do o 3er piso sin avisar a lo largo del día. Eso no lo esperaba así y creo que puede llegar a ser muy incómodo. Tampoco me gustó que no vimos el sauna que se muestra en las fotos ni la pequeña piscina y tampoco se nos ofreció alguna de ellas. Los días que estuvimos hizo mucho frío y habría sido bonito poder acceder al sauna.

A Disappointing Experience | Un’Esperienza Deludente

ENGLISH: After a 10-hour journey with our dog, we arrived exhausted at the accommodation we had booked, which was advertised as allowing pets. However, the owner raised concerns about his flooring and stated that the dog was an issue, making it impossible for us to stay. Despite this the owner still refused to refund the stay!!!!!!!!!! Given the late hour, we were left without accommodation, making it virtually impossible to find an alternative on short notice. This was especially challenging as we were traveling with a large van and trailer and had spent considerable time searching for a place that both allowed pets and offered adequate parking space for our vehicle. In the end, we had no choice but to sleep in our vehicle without heating in the middle of winter—an experience that was not only extremely uncomfortable but also potentially hazardous. ITALIAN: Dopo un viaggio di 10 ore con il nostro cane, siamo arrivati esausti presso l’alloggio prenotato, descritto descritto come accogliente per animali. Tuttavia, il proprietario ha espresso preoccupazioni per il pavimento e ha dichiarato che il cane rappresentava un problema, rendendo impossibile il nostro soggiorno. Nonostante ciò, il proprietario si è comunque rifiutato di rimborsare il soggiorno!!!!!!!! Nonostante l’ora tarda, ci siamo ritrovati senza un alloggio, una situazione in cui era praticamente impossibile trovare un’alternativa a breve termine. Particolarmente problematico era il fatto che viaggiavamo con un grande furgone e un rimorchio e avevamo faticato a trovare una struttura che accettasse animali e disponesse di spazio sufficiente per il nostro veicolo. Alla fine, siamo stati costretti a passare la notte in inverno nel nostro veicolo, senza riscaldamento, in condizioni estremamente scomode e pericolose.

Colazione ottima, e posizione più che tranquilla essendo in campagna in mezzo ai vigneti, ottima per riposare e non sentire i rumori della citta o del traffico. Il bagno condiviso non è stato un problema.
