EasyTopStay - Tricolore Modern and Cozy Apartment

The apartment was well appointed and in a lovely old building. We were very grateful that the owner allowed us in well before the booking in time as we had heavy cases and it was very hot. The location was ideal. It was about a 20 minute level walk to Milan Cathedral. Across the road was the stop for the No 9 tram which, one way, went to Milan Central Station and the other way to Pt Genoa, the canal area with heaps of bars and restaurants.

Spacious, modern apartment, the bathroom was amazing, overall the space for 2 people was very comfortable with a separate kitchen, bedroom and livingroom. We visited Milan during a very hot summer week so it was great to have AC in both the bedroom and the livingroom. The location was good, close to the tram and metro station, shops nearby and the Duomo just a 20 min walk away.

The apartment had a very weird, humid air despite the air conditioning, sort of like in old buildings, it might be because the AC needs to be cleaned properly. Other than the AC, there is very little natural air flow, there are only 2 windows, both opening to the inner garden, and one of them cannot be opened properly because the shutter is in the way. The apartment is located on the ground floor so people are literally walking in front of the window and could look into the apartment if we wanted to get some fresh air into the room. We also would have appreciated some disposable slippers, since this is not a hotel there is no regular cleaning, the floor got dirty very quickly and was uncomfortable to walk on.

Its location was great, a few minutes walk from the metro station, a supermarket directly across road, 15 mins walk to the Duomo, lots of good restaurants close by and the apartment was kitted out very nicely with a lovely shower room and living area.

It was pretty perfect really. Could have done with more supplies of shower gel & toilet rolls but that is nitpicking.

Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación, cerca del tranvía y la línea de metro y a 30 min andando al Duomo y zona Navigli. Las camas muy cómodas.

Nunca nos había pasado, pero el mismo día que llegamos, a la noche nos avisó el dueño que no funcionaba el calentador y que irían a revisarlo al día siguiente. No nos pudimos duchar y tampoco habían dejado los mandos del aire acondicionado y pasamos frío. Tuvieron que entrar en el apartamento cuando estábamos de visita, cosa que no nos hacía mucha gracia por tener nuestras cosas allí. A la noche solo uno de nosotros se puso duchar con agua caliente, tuvimos que volver a avisar y esperar la contestación para ver qué pasaba con el calentador. En fin, si no hubiera sido por el tema del agua caliente y las molestias de tener que estar avisando al dueño, la estancia habría sido de 10.. y otra cosa...el check in es hasta las 11... Pues a las 10:30 han entrado a llevarse las toallas y sábanas... estábamos a punto de irnos...pero vamos.... tampoco nos ha gustado ya que todavía teníamos cosas por enmedio...de hecho mi pijama ha desaparecido entre las sábanas por las prisas.
