About this house rental
This newly renovated three bedroomed property is set just outside the town walls of Tenby and sleeps up to six people.
Having three bedrooms, one bathroom and a large lounge it is a very comfortable holiday home for either a family or a group of friends friends.
Tenby is a very pretty historic town with a picturesque harbour, award winning beaches and many restaurants, cafes and shops which will all be right on your doorstep.
As you enter Sandy Retreat you have a hallway with the lounge off to the right with leather sofas, coffee table and a large flat screen T.V. Further down the hallway you will find the dining room with a large table and french doors opening out to the rear courtyard. Then at the end of the hallway you have the kitchen. The kitchen has all the essentials needed including a fridge - freezer and washing machine. There is a door leading out to the rear courtyard.
The stairway is located in the middle of the hallway and first leads up to the bathroom. There is a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
Up the next flight of stairs you first have the master bedroom with king size bed and views of the rear courtyard. Next to this is the twin bedroom and then lastly the thrid bedroom which sleeps two with a tuckle bed. This is a single bed with another single bed underneath that pulls out.
There is a large outside patio at the rear of the property with seating area and table.
Please note this property has no parking. However, there are plenty of car parks within easy walking distance. The multi story is less than 100 yards away costing only £5.00 per 24 hours. The multistorey is next door to Sainsburys.
