Nestled in the Heart of the Gorge, Hummingbird is an extraordinary hub for Oregon and Washington explorations. Its luxury amenities, linens, and quiet setting make it the dream home to find relaxation after an exciting day out and about. With restaurants, trails, parks, and a coffee shop close by, you need not even venture more than a short walk from the home to experience the Columbia River Gorge!
The living room features a wall of windows looking into the forest, perfect for bird watching or curling up next to a woodstove fire and watching the snowfall. The kitchen is open, bright, and fully equipped with All-Clad pans, spices, and all you need to cook your next meal. High-quality linens, Tempur-Pedic mattresses, independent heating/cooling in each bedroom create a luxurious setting for a restful night.
We are locals and want to share our love for the Columbia Gorge. Hummingbird is a dedicated vacation rental; we keep it looking new and crisp for our guests.

Great home in the heart of the Columbia Gorge. Convenient to the best hikes, waterfalls, and sights in Cascade Locks. 30 minutes to shopping and eats in Hood River or the Portland outskirts. Home is very clean and in a safe neighborhood with plenty of privacy.

I stayed in Cascade Locks with two girlfriends as a base to explore the Columbia Gorge area. Ivonne's place could not have been more welcoming! It is full of light, absolutely spotless, and has a gorgeous view of the mountains with a peaceful backyard. You can tell there was a lot of thought given to each room. The home is perfectly situated to explore the beautiful waterfall hikes, the fruit loop and kayaking along the Columbia River. I most definitely will be back and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic Property in Cascade Locks. Extremely upscale private home in secluded mountain location. Ideal for quiet getaway. Owners are beyond fantastic and this property deserves 6 stars!
