The facility is very comfortable and the saua/pool area is top rate.
The Extra charge for the parking, when a car is the only way to get to the property and there is plenty of parking leaves a bad taste, as does the 3% surcharge at the restaurant (noted in fine print)

The restaurant was excellent. The dishes were interesting, high quality and good price. Consider offering a more interesting side such as delicate squash instead of Jo Jo potatoes.
The hot tub is crowded with teenagers, even after the posted 18 year and older time.

Location, room, view, outdoor hot tub, cleanliness. Walked trails on the property which were beautiful. Treehouses look interesting to book in the future.
Asked for two glasses to be sent to our room and never delivered. Dinner menu was overpriced. Massage was not worth what we payed. Hot tub in men’s locker room was out of service.

Breakfast and any other food we ate was fabulous. Really enjoyed the food; thank you to the chef.
The grounds was lovely and I would love to experience it during warmer months.
Hospitality was lacking. Didn't feel like the staff was trying to make my stay nice. I shouldn't have to ask for room coffee everyday. Showing up at the lounge to order some take out and being told I couldn't and had to call instead, was offsetting. Little things that were such easy wins and the lodge failed instead.
Felt like Lodge prioritizes money making over hospitality when I'm charged $15 every day for parking and there is nowhere else to park. It should be added into cost of room. Adding it on later makes me feel used. Checked out of lodge on a down note.
