About this house rental
You and your family can have the vacation of a lifetime in this exquisite home in a quiet neighborhood that has all the extras you could imagine and one of the largest pools in the entire area. It's in the best location - super close to all attractions as well as restaurants, shopping, golf courses, mini-golf, drug stores... Sitting on the largest lot in the community and beautifully decorated, it's the perfect layout to have quality time together or spread out into one of the 3 living areas or on the gigantic back patio when everyone needs their own space. You'll have a fantastic time in the Frozen-themed game room (pool table, air hockey, Fooseball, TV). Every bedroom is themed. Also featuring 3 master bedrooms and Hi-speed internet WiFi. We have always taken great pride in maintaining a very clean and sanitized home. Please read all the 5-star reviews!

The pool is GIGANTIC; it’s in the top 1% of vacation rental pools
Pool is 40 feet long & 20 feet wide, typical pools are 15 to 20 feet
The spa is also much larger than other properties
The expansive back patio is very private, not overlooked by adjacent properties
Sitting area under the covered patio has a 55 inch TV with soundbar and also a Bluetooth speaker
2 tables on screen enclosed patio with seating for 10
6 lounge chairs on the screen-enclosed patio for catching some sun
Several other chairs so you can spread out on this huge patio
Pool floats provided
Pool and spa have internal lighting and there’s also plenty of exterior lighting at night on the back patio

The back family room has a 60 inch TV, leather sectional, ceiling fan and looks out to the pool.
GAME ROOM
The Frozen-themed Air Conditioned game room has a unique sparkly floor, 46 inch TV, pool table, full-size air hockey and foosball.
KITCHEN
There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a stainless steel dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, Samsung French door refrigerator/freezer with filtered water, ice maker (cubed and crushed), garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric kettle, crockpot, electric skillet etc.
Pantry for storage.
It is generously stocked with dishes, glasses, cutlery, and assorted high-quality pots and pans.
A large breakfast room with views of the pool is adjacent to the kitchen.
LAUNDRY ROOM
The laundry room features a Speed Queen Commercial grade Washer and Dryer, broom & dustpan, Swiffer mop, iron & ironing board

Baby equipment, which includes a wooden crib, two strollers, a highchair and more.

Great communication with host. Excellent location to Disney parks and on a quiet estate. Pool and spa are great. Brilliant layout for a large group and plenty of space to relax.

WOW – what an incredible family friendly property! Spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and with a massive pool that we couldn’t get enough of. The house was spacious, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed. We spent hours enjoying the huge pool after the parks. The large, completely private backyard was also an extra bonus and the game room was such a fun spot for quality family time.The location was unbeatable – just minutes from restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores like Walmart, Target, and Publix. We also loved the large covered area with a picnic table, which made grilling so comfortable, even out of the sun.The kitchen and home were thoughtfully supplied with cleaning essentials, plenty of towels, pool floats, and so many extras that made our stay stress-free. The community was quiet, safe, and very convenient to get in and out of.Our host was wonderful, and overall this was truly an amazing place to stay. We were beyond impressed and would absolutely return!
