Enjoy this wonderful and inviting property overlooking the scenic mountain views and beautiful Lake Chatuge!
The property is located in the heart of downtown Hiawassee with easy access to shops and restaurants. Not to mention a quick walk to Dairy Queen for an ice cream! Just minutes from the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds, and a public recreation area that includes both tennis and amazing pickle ball courts! We are a quick drive to Brasstown Bald, Brasstown Valley Resort, Chatuge Shores Golf Course and the views at Bell Mountain.
You will fall in love with both the indoor and outdoor space of this property. The house is meticulously maintained, beautifully decorated and very clean!
The main floor includes the master bedroom and an open family room, dinning room and kitchen area. You can access the covered back porch to enjoy your cocktail or coffee on our large porch swing, and gas fire pit as you overlook the lake and large grassy back yard, a perfect spot to throw the football or play a game of corn hole. The large wood burning stone fire pit is read for a of family gatherings and s'mores!
Downstairs you will find a large great room perfect for movies and hanging out, 2 bedrooms and fun bunk nook.

Can't thank our host enough for providing her Hiawassee home for us. She was excellent with communication, the location and layout of the house was perfect for our needs, very clean, everything just as we'd hoped for. All questions and directions for check in, check out and house rules were very clear. Our family had a fabulous weekend here! I have already recommended this to a few friends. Thank you!!

This is the third time we have stayed at this property. The first 2 were great. This time the unit was poorly cleaned, the downstairs shower drain was clogged and the fans on the porch did not work. Seems like it has gone downhill since our last stay, which is too bad, as it has been one of our favorites
