Very nice lake property with all of the amenities. Living and sleeping areas on multiple floors provided space for our family to spread out and enjoy group and personal time.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming lake house on Lake Chatuge, located in the picturesque town of Hiawassee, and I must say, it was nothing short of perfect. Here's why:
**Location:** Nestled on Sunnyside, this house is ideally situated in a cozy cove, offering a serene environment that feels private yet is conveniently close to everything you might need for a memorable vacation. The proximity to local amenities like pickleball courts, a variety of restaurants, and hiking trails makes it a hub for both relaxation and adventure.
**Space:** The house itself is spacious and beautifully designed, catering perfectly to families. The interior decor is tasteful, with comfortable furnishings that make you feel right at home.
**Backyard:** The backyard is a highlight! It's expansive, well-maintained, and offers multiple areas for relaxation or play. Whether it's a barbecue with friends or a quiet evening under the stars, this space has you covered.
**Relaxation:** The highlight, is the hot tub. After a day of exploring or working, sinking into the warm, bubbling water with the lake as your backdrop is pure bliss.
**Remote Work:** For those needing to work while on vacation, the setup here is fantastic. With reliable internet and a workspace that overlooks the lake, it's almost as if you're not working at all.
**Overall Experience:** Our stay at "Serenity Cove" was rejuvenating. The house not only met but exceeded our expectations!

Spacious and it allowed for folks to spread out and enjoy their own private time.
I had 2 grandsons aged 3 and 6 who really enjoyed the twin beds. It was perfect for parents to be right “next door “.
We traveled with a boat. Dock was very convenient and updated.
