Ash Villa is a spectacular four-storey Victorian villa resting on the outskirts of Holmfirth in West Yorkshire. Hosting five bedrooms, including a lower-ground-floor king-size, a ground-floor double, a double with walk-in wardrobe, a family room with a double and single with en-suite wet room, and a second-floor family room with a double and two singles with an en-suite bathroom, along with a large family bathroom, and a cloakroom on both the ground and lower-ground floors, this property can sleep a total of thirteen guests. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove, and a cinema room and a wine cellar on the lower-ground-floor. Outside there is an enclosed garden with raised decking with seating and a lawned area with amazing views over the countryside, as well as off-road parking within the electric gated driveway for five cars. Ash Villa is a truly unique, spectacular property awaiting a family to enjoy a scenic retreat to West Yorkshire. Please note: Bookings can only be accepted up to one week prior to arrival.

Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Lower-ground-floor cinema room and wine cellar. Underfloor heating with woodburning stove. Fully equipped kitchen including 2 double ovens, induction hob and separate utility room with American style fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer. Microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker. Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels inc in rent. Electric gated driveway with parking for five cars. Enclosed garden with decking, lawn and seating and a charcoal BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome at £20 per dog per stay. No smoking. Shop and pub within 0.2 miles. Note: Dogs are only allowed on the ground floor. Note: In both family rooms, there is no door into the en-suite bathroom, it is an open doorway. Note: In the second-floor family bedroom, please take care when stepping up into the en-suite bathroom as there is reduced head height here in the doorway. Note: No stag/ hen parties or similar. Note: Bookings can only be accepted up to one week prior to arrival. Note: The property is in a residential area and we ask to be aware of residential neighbours. Note: Although larger vehicles can fit up the driveway, it is steep and narrow.
