We stayed for a week and had so much fun. It was just enough for us.

The beach was just outside our property. The shallow waters such a blessing, as we have a toddler. The waters were great. They also have outdoor shower, so you could wash off the salt water before going back to ur room. You could walk around the place and find beautiful beach coast line.

If you don’t own a car, its very inconvenient. We walked for 26-30mins to reach the city center, it was doable although. The air conditioner was only available in the living room. There was no microwave.

Very nice, clean, right on the beach. But a bit noisy.

Very nice apartment. Prety new, well equiped. Perfectly clean. You get everything you need (toilet paper, tablets for dishwasher, etc.). Good quality bed and sofa (unfortunatelly, surrounding and air external aircondition units were noisy). Host (Petra) was really kind and extremely helpful, there is no problem she could not resolve - thanks a milion! House is just on beach, garden and all the approach to water were amazing - very nice and comfortable. Approach to water is perfect for little children, you don't have to worry about safety. Not so convenient for swimming... :). High quality sunbeds were available for guests for free, what is also very comfortable. Considering sea approach, it was one of the best accomodations you could imagine for vacation with little children. I could imagine, once construction in surroundings is completed, this is perfect from all views.

Unfurtunatelly, all the surrounding was just one big construction site. I understand that this is something owner cannot influence, but it wasn't nice. All day long construction noise, jackhammers, angle grinders, crane... . Also the view from balcony wasn't very nice (see photos). In fact, noise was the biggest issue here. We were unable to sleep whole week because air conditioning for other apartments is mounted just near windows of bedroom. So with opened windows, it was making noise all the night. Also amount of mugs/glasses could be better, having 3 mugs for 3 people isn't optimal.

Byliśmy już drugi raz w Villa Palma i po praz kolejny był to super wypoczynek. Lokalizacja świetna, tuż po wyjściu z podwórka jest się na plaży. Pobyt przed sezonem zapewnił nam niemalże prywatną plażę przez całe dnie. Długie płytkie dno idealne do zabaw w wodzie. Apartment wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne. Jest też pralka o której nie ma wzmianki w ofercie. Do sklepu/centrum/mariny spacerkiem ok 15 min pieszo. Obsługa i personel super. Z lotniska 15min taksówką. Polecam serdecznie!

Piękna lokalizacja

Willa położona nad samym morzem. Bardzo płytka woda dość daleko w głąb morza. Bardzo spokojnie, zacisznie, intymnie. Na plaży czysto, jak i w całym obiekcie. Do dyspozycji gości leżaki, natrysk na zewnątrz, grill. Pokoje czyste, wyposażone w potrzebne rzeczy. Bardzo szybka reakcja po zgłoszeniu braku np. filtrów do kawy. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z gospodarzem. Sama miejscowość na uboczu, z dala od zgiełku miasta. Do centrum spory spacerek, zwłaszcza w upale. My wypożyczyliśmy w Zadarze rowery (z dostawą do obiektu) i tak poruszaliśmy się przez czas pobytu, łącznie z wycieczkami do Zadaru, na prom i na wyspę, do Bibinje oraz Biogradu. Polecamy

To już masz drugi i raz w Villa Palma. Komfort, wyposażenie, lokalizacja. Piękne miejsce z ciepłą wodą idealne dla rodzin z dziećmi. Polecam!!!

Komary. W apartamencie jest " odstraszacz" na komary. Trzeba wziąć maść na ugryzienia.

Doskonały relaks.

Szczególnym atutem jest lokalizacja. Willa usytuowana tuż przy plaży. Było to bardzo wygodne, szczególnie z dziećmi. Można było w każdej chwili wrócić się do pokoju np. jeśli czegoś zapomniało się zabrać na plażę. Plaża kamienista, zejście do wody bardzo łagodne. Morze płytkie co akurat mam odpowiadało bo przyjechaliśmy z dziećmi. Mogliśmy spokojnie leżeć sobie na leżakach, a dzieci bezpiecznie bawiły się w wodzie. Cześć plaży jest zacieniona drzewami więc można się schronić przed słońcem. Jeśli ktoś chciał sobie popływać to musiał oddalić się od brzegu. Za bokami można było już poplywać. Woda sięgała do pasa, a czasem nawet wyżej w zależności od przypływu. Dla każdego apartamentu dostępne były 2 leżaki. Apartament przestronny i czysty, dobrze wyposażony. Wszystko co niezbędne było na miejscu. Teren wokoło willi bardzo ładnie zagospodarowany i zadbany. Widać, że właściciel dba. Okolica spokojna i cicha. Jeśli ktoś szuka wypoczynku bez tłumów to jest to miejsce idealne.

Trudno znaleźć coś co by mi się nie podobało. Na wyposażeniu kuchni mogłaby się znaleść mikrofala.
