Super relaxed stay - easy, comfortable, clean, practical.

The owners welcomed us with such joy that we instantly felt at home! Beds are quite comfortable, the AC was working well (which was very important as we travelled at peak summer), and the shower was fine. Wifi was ok. Location was convenient, many amenities (bakery, supermarket, beach) within 10-15min walk.

Some other guests in the upper floor were too noisy in the middle of the night - wasn't really the owner's fault, but it took quite long to sort out the issue with the unruly guests. The location and its vicinity is not really a party location, so I don't really know what those guests were up to. It only happened in one of the nights we were there, though.

The apartment was pretty close to the beach, like a 10min walk. Also 10min to the nearest supermarket. The host was so nice and helped us with everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it!

We had some trouble with the AC, but then the host helped us sort it out.

Location is on top spot. Hosts are really nice and kind person. 1st beach its 10 min walking and center of Sukošan 15 min. We had short but great time!

Aparrman s puno nedostataka

Domaćin je bio ljubazan.

Razočarao sam se. Počevši od razrovanih cesta u cijelom selu. Svuda bageri, makadam, nemožeš stici do aparrmana bez 3 km obilaska. Sto se tiče apartmana, drvena vrata i štokovi BEZ gumenog dichtunga koji kosta 10 e valjda. Na katu se nalazi 7 apartmana i kada netko u jednom apartmanu zatvara vrata, sva ostala se tresu i nabijaju(nemoguće je spavati!). U kupaoni smrdi po kanalizaciji. Jastuci totalno neudobni. Buka abnormalna, nisam oka sklopio do 3 ujutro jer su neki " gosti" bili prepijani i.preglasni. Da sam bio sam pokupio bi se u 10 navecer i otisao iz apartmana jer mi je bila zadnja noc. Nadalje stolice su drvene i toliko ruže pri pomicanju da se čuje 3 apartmana dalje kako ih netko pomiče. Rezervirao sam ovaj apartman jer je imao dobre recenzije i shvatio da sam gadno pogriješio. Ljubazan savjet vlasniku: 1. Dajte investirajte u dichtunge za vrata. To je nemoguce kolko nabija. 2. Promjenite stolice jer su užasno glasne 3. Jastuci su cca 20e po komadu To vam je ljubazan savjet jer i vi živite od toga. Ja se niti u Sukosan niti u Vaš apartman nikad necu vratiti.

Preporučujem.

Čisto, uredno, mirno i ugodno za boravak s obitelji. Vlasnici ljubazni i nenametljivi. Plaža Dječji raj savršena za djecu, ulaz kamenčići pa onda pijesak i puuno plićaka za neplivače. Preporuke.

Malo više hodanja do plaže Dječji raj (10-15min), za odrasle nije problem ali djeca malo negoduju.

Mega udany urlop.

Bardzo mili Właściciele. Przywitanie trunkiem własnej produkcji. Ogromny taras. Duży salon z kuchnią dobrze wyposażoną. Bardzo czysto, ręczniki wymieniane 2 razy w ciągu tygodnia.

Polecam obiekt Vila Perunika.

W apartamencie było bardzo czysto, dostępna klimatyzacja, aneks kuchenny, balkon. Przed budynkiem był duży grill z ławeczkami, miejsca parkingowe.

Wszystkie drzwi w obiekcie do wymiany. Trzaskanie drzwiami (chyba w celu ich poprawnego zamknięcia) w całym budynku z rana i wieczorem to było coś przerażającego, co czasem stawiało człowieka na równe nogi.

Bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna pani właścicielka, świetnie mówi po angielsku. Na miejscu nawet ładniej niż na zdjęciach. Klimatyzacja, moskitiery w oknach. Czysto.

Trochę daleko do plaży czy sklepu jeżeli nie ma się samochodu. Niewielki aneks kuchenny, choć wystarczający. Płyta elektryczna, a nie indukcyjna
