Tried to get a hold of VRBO contact many times by email as well called numerous times leaving messages! Nowhere in any of my emails did it give me the owners contact email or number. The pool could have been warmer. We also killed 4 huge bugs that came out from under the fridge and dishwasher. Looked to be cockroaches as they had a massive hard shell. Not sure. About 1.5 to 2 inches in length. Rest of the house was good.

Location is fabulous, we love Windsor Hills! The pool is great! This property was clean and management/directions were easy and clear. I highly recommend.

The property said it was wheelchair accessible, it was not. My husband in the wheelchair was only able to access the entry, kitchen, and living room. While there is a bedroom down stairs it was not accessible. There 3 small steps up to the unit that were manageable. No shower bench or chair. My wheelchair bound husband couldn’t sleep anywhere but the couch.
