STRANDHÖHE is located just three minutes from the wide Grömitz South Beach and near the modern marina, on a spacious garden property with many fruit trees and shrubs. STRANDHÖHE consists of 3 separate and self-contained living units, each with 100 square meters of living space spread over 2 levels.
The amenities, which are identical in all living units, include: a bright entryway, a spacious living room with a cozy corner sofa and a large dining table, a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, phone, separate modern kitchen equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, and oven, among other appliances, 3 bedrooms (5 exclusive box-spring beds for a restful night’s sleep), safe, bathroom with double sink and shower, separate guest restroom on the first floor, and south-facing balconies on both living levels. Coin-operated washer and dryer, a bike storage room, and the building’s own barbecue area and playground round out the amenities.
You'll receive a green fee discount of up to 50% at the Grömitz golf course.
