Private Beach Access! Long Beach Group Retreat

The home was very clean and had enough room for 2 different families to enjoy 2 seperate apartment like floors. It had every kitchen appliance you could need and access to laundry, towels, even a pack n play for our sons to sleep in tucked in the downstairs closet. Its in a quiet area and easy to find with navigation.

The beach is not accessible via car or really walking. Trying to get a stroller on the path was a nightmare. There is not view of the ocean because its tucked to far back. To check in at 3pm and no earlier and having to check out by 10 am is a bit frustrating. We checked in on a tuesday at 3pm and checked out on thursday at 10am and had to pay 1800 for less than a total of 48 hours in the hotel which is way to pricey for the location in my opinion, if the beach was accessible with a vehicle, or even a walking a path i could understand the price but the path is very wooded. I being 25 weeks pregnant while also hauling 3 other kids and all the beach necessitys struggled immensely. Also having to play 300.00 for a cleaning fee when you are in charge of doing the first load of laundry, doing the dishes, and making the house nearly clean to me is a stretch. All that was left to do was make a couple beds and fold the laundry we started. Air conditioning is only in the upstairs living room. The rest of the house DOES NOT have it, my husband who usually sleeps very cold had a hard time sleeping because he said he was to hot. I'd quite honestly rather stay at the hotel directly on the beach. At least check in and out can be adjusted, AC fills the room, and I not only have an accessible walking trails to the beach but actual views of it as well

The location was close to town and was very private. The walk to the beach was easy. Both kitchens were well stocked, great assortment of dishes, utensils, and pans. The view to the beach was pretty with trees framing the path to the ocean.
