Overall very satisfied.

Nice and cozy area, ok price, nice and very clean apartment. Quiet, private and practical with including kitchen, shower and washing machine.

A bit far from center but the metro solved that problem. Also fridge/freezer door and shower head was a little loose but nothing that bothered or impaired utility too much. Also, please keep a bit more detailed check-out description next time. :)

Nie zamieszkaliśmy w tym apartamencie ponieważ: 1. Gdy przyjechaliśmy nie był sprzątnięty. Musieliśmy czekać na ulicy 3 godziny na sprzątnięcie. 2. Sofa w salonie była spleśniała, co widać na foto. 3. W mieszkaniu bardzo śmierdzi. 4. Jest stare I źle wyposażone. 5. Pościel jest brudna i nosi ślady poprzednich gości :/ Booking nie oddał nam pieniędzy. Właściciel również. To najgorszy pobyt jaki mieliśmy w życiu.

Excellente offre de location pour célibataire ou jeune couple

la localisation dans un endroit extrêmement calme et l'espace comprenant lit + coin salon + petite cuisine. On arrive à se garer dans la rue sans difficulté à condition de bien penser à partir avant 8h le lendemain matin.

Absence de papier toilette et serviettes de bain donnant l'impression d'avoir été pliées humides (mauvaise odeur), ce qui n'était pas arrivé lors de mes précédents passages (il faut le souligner). Et si la procédure d'arrivée est un peu anxiogène avec les informations d'accès qui arrivent au dernier moment la propriétaire est très réactive et hyper gentille.

Das Apartment war bei Ankunft vollständig verdreckt, nicht gereinigt. Das Bett war nicht gemacht und noch benutzt. Im Kühlschrank lagen alte Nahrungreste, am Waschbecken noch eine Zahnbürste. Auf dem Boden lag überall Müll. Rückerstattung. Die vereinbarte Rückerstattung des Geldes für die erste Übernachtung ist nicht erfolgt.

L'environnement était agréable mais l'appartement laissait à désirer.

La porte du freezer du réfrigérateur ne fermait pas. Ce compartiment était sale et rempli de glaçons de couleur jaunâtre. L'espace toilettes est trop étroit il est difficile de fermer la porte. Le linge de maison laissait à désirer. Il y avait des taches .

Idéal pour les étapes professionnelles que je fais à Paris et même idéal comme pied-à-terre : quartier très agréable, lieu particulièrement calme, appartement très bien entretenu.

Le fait de recevoir les confirmations, consignes, contrats et caution au dernier moment : c'est anxiogène. On est pas toujours disponible au dernier moment pour remplir les formalités.

Parfait, au delà de toute attente.

Très grand professionnalisme des hôtes. Logement correspondant exactement au besoin pour quelques soirées en célibataire en déplacement. Quartier extrêmement calme et cosy.

Une petite frayeur en m'apercevant que je n'avais pas reçu les codes d'entrées. On ne sait si le courrier d'information a été envoyé ou non à temps ou si il s'est perdu dans nos boîtes à lettres. Plus de peur que de mal.

Seul point positif : le calme de l'allée

Aucunes améliorations malgré les remarques des précédents locataires. VMC bruyante, joints de la douche moisis,odeurs d'égouts, peu de vaisselle, télé qui ne fonctionne pas, saleté générale. J'ajoute freezer non degivre,chauffage éteint à notre arrivée obligés de contacter la propriétaire. Vu l'état de la cabine de douche et la taille minuscule de la salle d'eau, nous avons pris nos douches chez nos enfants. Un comble pour le prix 88€ la nuitée. Il est aussi demandé une caution de 300€ via un site externe à Booking. Un peu surprenant car normalement tout est géré par la plate forme de réservation. Cette location est très mal notée.Naïvement je pensais que la propriétaire avait tenu compte des commentaires!!! Rapport qualité prix: 0

Le calme

Odeurs d'égouts dans salle d'eau, lave main et non lavabo, chauffe eau très bruyant. Nous avions réservé un 3 couchages le 3em couchage était pour une personne de 1,50 maximum avec l'impression de dormir sur une planche, manque de couverture. Concernant la cuisine impossible de l'utiliser tant les odeurs de la salle d'eau (tout à côté) étaient présentes à couper toute envie de manger.

Vermieter problemlos erreichbar. Kaution kam nach Erinnerung zurück. Der Stadteil ist in ok, das Haus aber ist in einer Nebengasse, mit Auto schlecht erreichbar.

Nach der Buchung bei Booking muss noch ein extra Vertrag unterzeichnet werden und eine Kaution von 300 via Kreditkarten gezahlt werden. Der Zugang ist Kompliziert und langwierig. Die Wohnung ist Schmuddelig. Neben sichtbaren Spermaflecken der Vormieter bis hin zur völlig versifften Dusche. Die Möbel sind abgewohnt und die Rollläden lassen sich nicht õffnen, sodass es auch am Tag dunkel ist. In der Wohnung richt es nach kaltem Rauch trotz Rauchverbot. Im Hausflur stank es egelerregend. Die Bettwäsche war wohl noch vom Vormieter.
