The house is a single story, 3 bedroom 2 bath home. The Master has an attached bath with a shower. There is a Queen bed in bedroom #2, and a third bedroom with bunk beds. The living room has a sleeper sofa for your convenience. There is a private outdoor shower, screened porch , and side deck. The laundry room is located under the house in a separate room.

If accepted , the pet fee is $200 per animal . It is not included in the initial reservation. We are located about 1 mile North of the heart of Surf City. The house is close to shopping and restaurants.
