About this house rental

This is a completely remodeled beach home that is 3rd row and a 3 minute walk to the ocean. It has 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens. We have 2 sets of washers dryers and a nice back deck perfect for relaxing. It was just remodeled with all new kitchens and furniture inside and out. All new housewares in the kitchen and new beds. (Please note no linens are provided. We can refer you to a local service). Has a huge open kitchen/dining and living room area. Perfect for multiple or large family's traveling.

It has deck facing the ocean and 2 patios.

House is in good shape. Newly purchased so not at 100% yet. Needs some blinds in the kitchen/dining room and lamps in the bedrooms. Could use some touches of color.

Short walk to the beach, we walked over several times a day. Conveniently located to local businesses and larger grocery stores. We were there in the off season, but it was in a nice quiet neighborhood. It's an older house. Rooms are all nice size. We had minor issue with the hot water tank, the owner was in contact with us immediately. Service man showed up the same day and it was a holiday weekend.

Electrical outlets with no covers dangerous. Ceiling leaked while raining, a straight up staircase only way to get up staires were steep and dangerous bath tub down staires was gross. Refrigerator was old shelf in door broke.garage ceiling rotted and was laying on cement and hanging down not cleaned up. For the amount of rent it cost me I would have expected a much better house. Pictures were deceiving.
