Las instalaciones. Camas cómodas, habitaciones limpias, agua caliente.
El jacuzzi. Cuando llegamos, después de un largo viaje, queríamos meternos en la piscina y el jacuzzi. No había ningún letrero que indicara que el jacuzzi estaba en tratamiento y que no se podía utilizar en al menos 40 minutos. Esperar no era el problema, sino la falta de información y las consecuencias que meterse sin saberlo podían traer. Yo lo supe porque pregunté si estaba habilitado …
