Casa de Tulia

アットホームなスタッフで、ホームステイか知人の家に行ったような感じを味わえる。絵輩はコモ・フジが綺麗に見えた。朝食のパンが美味しかった。ただし朝食は別料金。

設備に洗濯機とあるが別料金で１回５＄、しかも宿主優先で今回は使えなかった。ペントハウスなのでかなりの階段を上り下りしなくてはいけない。元気な人には問題ないが、高齢者や体が不自由な人の利用は難しいと思った。宿主と共有スペースに３匹の犬がリードなしに過ごしている。とてもおとなしいがもし犬が苦手な人は情報として知っておいたほうが良いと思う。缶ビールなど飲み物を販売もしてくれるが町の倍の価格。運搬と冷やすサービス料なのかもしれない。

Overall, we were satisfied -- this was a good value for the price and served our needs well. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, but just a short taxi ride from the center or the cable car. Sra. Tulia was a very kind and thoughtful host; she showed us around the neighborhood when we arrived, taking us to nearby shops and restaurants. The washing machine was very convenient. There are two friendly dogs that live in the house below, which our kids enjoyed playing with. The place is decorated in a unique and fun way.

The unit was not completely clean when we arrived: there was some very old (spoiled) food left in the refrigerator, and the bathroom was a bit dirty. There are no doors on the bedrooms. Other than that, there were a few small issues: there was no key to lock the door to the space we stayed in; however, since the front door to the street is locked, we weren't really worried and we didn't have any issues. The mattresses are old and, in my opinion, not very comfortable. We stayed in the top-level unit, and to get there you need to climb a lot of rather narrow stairs. The host did not tell us until the moment we were leaving that she required us to pay in cash. If we had known sooner, we could have easily gotten the cash when we were out. Instead, we had to delay our departure and make a trip to the bank at the last minute.

Me quedó muy cerca de los trámites que tenía que hacer en el centro, ella habitación era amplia, limpia y cómoda.
