Peace and chill in the black forest

The place is AMAIZING, if you like the nature is your place, and the facilities were very good, have a very nice views, the owner was very friendly and nice too, i arrived so late and he was waiting me 🖤 10 of 10. I hope come back! 💫

The perfect base for a holiday to the Black Forest. Highly recommend.

The property was comfortable, spacious, very clean and in a great location with a beautiful view down the valley from the balconies. Robin, the owner, was very helpful and friendly. We did some great walks into the woods from the property, as well as being near the fairy tale town of Gengenbach which was so quaint and Medieval it was like being on a film set. Great WiFi at Haus Nilson too.

There was no washing machine.

The perfect stay in Black Forest

Haus Nilson is the perfect place to stay in Gengenbach and make it as a base to explore Black Forest. Robin was very helpful, responsive and proactively helped us out with so many things. To stay here you definitely need a car and Robin went out of his way to help us secure a rented car (it was a long weekend, we were struggling but he had everything sorted for us). Robin's recommendations, tips were very helpful and really helped us plan our time in Black Forest well. The apartments are perfect for a big group / couple and there are many options. The apartment was well equipped, very clean and offered great views and surroundings. The kitchen is very well equipped if you want to cook. The beds were comfortable and the rooms are nice, spacious and well lit. We would definitely come back to Haus Nilson for our next trip to Black Forest

Was not an issue for us but to reach the house you need to have form of transport as walking from the Train station can be tiring (the last 700 mts is an uphill climb)

Large and very confortable apartment, on a road just off from the beautiful town of Gengenbach and going into the Black Forest, very calm and beautiful place and very confortable beds. Everything is brand new and beautiful, apartment seems to have been renovated recently. Bathroom is huge, nice and warm. The owner is very kind and available, we had the chance to chat a bit on our last day, a very nice and welcoming person. We have friends in the region and they will certainly recommend it to their friends and family when they visit. Important to know, one needs a car to stay there as it is not close to transports.

Eveeything was great, the only thing missing for me was a microwave oven, but we managed without it as the kitchen is very well equipped otherwise.

Nice apartment with beautiful country view

Very nice, and very new, apartment located at the edge of Gengenbach. Clean, spacious and tranquil. The apartment overlooks a small valley where goats, cows and horses graze in meadows surrounded by woodland. A welcome sight from the balcony after a busy day. We used the apartment as a base to explore Schwarzwald, which was great due to the central location of Gengenbach.

Gute Lage, Gengenbach auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Großzügiges Appartement mit Balkon, sehr gute Ausstattung und netter, stets erreichbarer Vermieter. Ruhig, Parkplatz vor der Tür. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Viel erlebt

Guter Ausgangspunkt für viele unterschiedliche Unternehmungen.

Die Einrichtung war sehr spartanisch. Es war kein Kleiderschrank sondern nur ein Holzgestell als Ablage ferner war kein richtiger Tisch zum Frühstücken vorhanden. Bei den Stühlen knickten die Beine ab ( Sturzgefahr ). Obstkisten wurden als Nachtischschränkchen verwendet. In Küche und Bad war alles top. Der Gastgeber sollte in einen Tisch mit Stühle, einen Schrank für Kleidung, und ein Seidbord, ferner zwei Nachtischboxen Investieren.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war spartanisch, insbesondere die Beleuchtung. Es erfolgte keine explizite Erläuterung beim Bezug der Wohnung. Um die Gästekarte mussten wir uns selbst kümmern.

Estancia perfecta!

Ubicación, muy cerca del pueblo y bien situado para todas las excursiones que hicimos por la selva negra. El apartamento era muy cómodo para una familia (éramos 2 adultos y 2 niños) Todo muy correcto y la limpieza muy bien. Nos gustó mucho y sin duda repetiríamos.

Nos faltó solo tener lavadora y microondas en el apartamento.

El apartamento era amplio y contaba con terraza. Es tal cual se ve en las fotos El entorno muy bonito.

No había microondas y tampoco una sartén. Que no haya donde lavar la ropa( fuimos una semana y con niños)Los edredones eran pequeños y pasamos alguna noche un poco de frío

بالنسبة للصعود إلى الغرف بالأعلى هناك درج حوالي ١٠ عتبات قد يكون مرهق لمن عنده معاناة في الأقدام وعموما لم يكن صعبا

Er was iemand die elke avond een joint rookte, zodat wij de deur moesten sluiten. Niet alles was netjes afgewerkt. In de keuken was er geen zonbescherming terwijl de zon er de hele dag opstaat. tv was niet aangesloten door de installateur en dat kon niet volgens de beheerder. Wij hadden eerst een andere kamer en kregen naar 2 nachten kamer nr 101.

Een heerlijke lokatie, middenin de natuur, maar toch dichtbij alle faciliteiten die je wil

Het huis ligt op een paar kilometer afstand van het leuke stadje Gengenbach. Het ligt heel mooi en rustig, met een fijne tuin waar je gebruik van kunt maken. Vanaf de lokatie loop je zo het bos in, waar allemaal mooie wandelingen beginnen. Ook kun je erg leuk fietsen in de omgeving (het Kinzigtal)

Falta de mobiliario, no había armario en uno de los dormitorios ni nada para dejar la ropa. No nos facilitaron la tarjeta Kona. La televisión y la wifi deficientes.

Een aanrader.

Ideale ligging, je kunt direct in de omgeving veel wandelen. Er zit een mooi dorp met een oud centrum op 3 min rijden, in de nacht is het muisstil. In het zwarte woud is ook veel te doen, maar je kunt ook makkelijk steden als strassbourg, of colmar bezoeken. Mooie ruime nette kamers.

Mij is niks tegengevallen.
