Thoughtfully renovated with comfort and convenience in mind, our bright and inviting condo is the perfect place to make lasting beach memories. Large oceanfront windows fill the space with natural light and showcase the uninterrupted views of the Atlantic. The open-concept living space allows everyone to enjoy the ocean view – whether you’re preparing breakfast, cooking dinner, sharing a meal, or simply relaxing together.
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a center island with seating, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay- including a Keurig, Crock-Pot, cookware, and plenty of dishes and utensils for family meals.
Gather around the dining table for family meals, game nights, and planning your beach excursions before settling into the oversized sectional to watch your favorite shows on the Smart TV with YouTube TV – or simply unwind while taking in the breathtaking views.
Primary suite
Wake up to stunning ocean views from the comfort of the king bed, then step directly onto the private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunrise. The spacious primary suite also features a Smart TV, a desk for those pesky work calls, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Guest bedroom
The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, Smart TV, and a large closet, creating a bright and inviting retreat for another couple or additional guests.
Custom Bunk room
Perfect for kids or additional guests, the custom-built bunk room includes a twin-over-queen bunk bed with built-in stairs, creating a fun and functional sleeping space. The full size washer & dryer are conveniently tucked away in the closet.

The primary suite includes a private ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The second full bathroom, conveniently located off the hallway, features a tub/shower combination and a double vanity, giving everyone plenty of space.

Second-Floor Condo
Please note that there is no elevator. The condo is located on the second floor, and because of the covered parking beneath the building, you'll need to climb two flights of stairs.
Parking
Parking is limited throughout Surfside Beach. Your reservation includes one reserved, covered parking space, along with access to five first-come, first-served guest spaces located in front of the building. Please note that street parking is not permitted in Surfside Beach. We recommend bringing one vehicle whenever possible (two at most). Two parking passes are provided at check-in. Please note that golf carts count as one of your two permitted vehicles.
Smoke-Free Property
Our condo is completely non-smoking, including the private balcony. We appreciate your help in keeping it fresh and enjoyable for all guests.
Security Camera Disclosure
For the safety of our guests and property, there is one exterior security camera located at the front entry door. The camera monitors the entrance only and is used to verify occupancy limits and our no-pets policy. There are no cameras inside the condo or on the balcony.

Came down for extended stay as our daughter wrapped up another semester at CCU. We love staying in Surfside but this listing has become our all time fave. It was perhaps better than we anticipated, delivering on all our expectations. Super clean, well-appointed and sits directly on the beach. Top to bottom, this checks all the boxes. Will look to book again in the future for sure!!

The residence was great. Clean rooms. Kitchen was stocked. Perfect layout for a long weekend for our family of five in town for soccer tournament. In fact, we already booked the same condo for this week next year and look forward to our return stay

Our stay hit all the marks! From the breathtaking view and beach access, to the number of restaurants and activities nearby-- the condo's location was ideal. Having a parking spot included, as well as beach chairs and towels was great!We were so impressed with the unit's layout, decor and cleanliness. And, our hosts thoughtful approach to renting ensured we had everything we may need, including plenty of hooks in the bathrooms, plush towels, comfortable (and pretty) bedding, a starter supply of paper products and detergent, a well-stocked kitchen, bottled water and a number of recommendations for dining and shopping in the rental binder. Leigh was responsive and kind throughout the process!
